We are on the lookout for a self motivated, highly organised, confident, well spoken person with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a drive to deliver sales outcomes to join our dynamic team of professional consultants.

This is a pivotal role working across the business, responsible for providing practical Sales Support to our consultants, as well as proactively managing both new and existing customer enquiries.  The successful candidate must be someone who knows the importance of balancing the customer experience with practical Sales Support outcomes and someone who is naturally drawn to client contact and able to combine their interpersonal skills, attention to detail and passion for being a team player to deliver valuable support to our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide collaborative, proactive and dynamic Sales Support across the business, providing critical sales lead follow up and qualification directly with clients, manage all internal client booking systems, coordinate client contact including phone and visitor enquiries, provide sales administration support in the preparation of quotations, presentations and compelling tender submissions to increase new business opportunities.
  • Proactively call new and existing clients to follow up leads and quotations, gather clarifying information, address general enquiries, assist with new business generation and secure key appointments/meetings for the consultants and sales team.
  • Coordinate all incoming client enquiries either by phone, email, online or in person, specifically responsible for managing all enquiries coming via the generic info email system, assist consultants with job preparation and ensuring all jobs are booked in a timely manner and meet the needs of the client.
  • Support the consultants with maintaining and updating CRM records and information, ensuring all communications, transactions and client data are recorded, as well as  working with all key internal stakeholders to optimise CRM tools to leverage proactive client leads and analyse sales performance.
  • Provide general administrative support such as, but not limited to, high level data entry and reporting,  phone and email correspondence coordination, travel arrangements, client test processing and document management etc.

Your Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience performing in a similar sales and marketing support role;
  • Proven ability and experience with business software platforms designed to provide CRM support and overall IT/PC proficiency ;
  • Strong Sales Support skills, including client engagement and proposal development;
  • Proficient Excel skills to create spreadsheets, reports and visual data representations to support sales activities
  • Experience in tender preparation for government and private sector projects;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for efficient client management;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
