The focus of the role will be on the sales of spare parts and water blasters. Primarily responsible for dealing with suppliers and customers. Duties include managing inventory, tracking orders, finalising purchase details of orders, picking, packing, deliveries and resolving issues. Delivering in the right quantity, to the right place at the right time for the right price.
Main duties:
- Spare parts quoting & shipping spare parts daily.
- Spare parts inventory management
- Entering spare parts in MYOB accounting system
- Database management
- Developing & managing relationships with customers and suppliers
- Identify new markets and new potential customers.
- Communicate with various stakeholders and keep them informed.
- Create regular reports on purchases and sales.
- Deliver a first-class service to our customers across all product applications.
- Other duties as required.
The position reports to the Sales & Procurement Manager and Managing Director.
Required skills and working conditions.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales or Procurement
- Understanding/Interest in Water blasting machinery and accessories
- Identifying spare parts and machinery
- An ability to meet deadlines.
- Heaving lifting up to 25kg
- Valid driver’s License
- Be available for intra-state and interstate travel on occasions.
- MYOB knowledge (Desired)
- Forklift License (Desired)
