More about what you’ll do
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Team leader to join the Enterprise team based in our Lidcombe office.
Reporting to the National Sales manager – Enterprise segment, your role is designed to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals that look after Australia’s largest corporate businesses. Based in our Sydney head office, you will also maintain and grow a small portfolio of clients and implement the segment strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Developing & mentoring team members across the segment
You will support team members in developing customer account plans to optimise opportunities for growth and collaboration with our clients
You will maintain your own portfolio of clients and establish relationships at all levels to position COS as a supplier of choice across our clients organisations

The ideal applicant will possess the following:
Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals
Demonstrated presentation, analytical & written communication skills
Demonstrated experience with the B2B sales environment
You are a lateral thinker with a solutions focus
Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts whilst harnessing your business development experience
You have previous history and proficiency in CRM tools
You are comfortable in developing relationships at all levels
