Form of workWe are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs to our front line teams, helping them to develop skills and knowledge that will enable them to be effective in their roles.

Do Work That Matters
- Design and implement Product and Sales training programs for our sales team.
- Deliver training to new and existing sales team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles.
- Identify areas where our sales team could improve their performance and design training programs to address these areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our sales training programs and adjust them as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our teams have access to the resources they need to succeed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales training.
- Willingness to travel as required.
