About the Role:
Working in a dynamic team to Architect, Scope, Design and Implement enterprise projects on SFMC. Direct and advise on the integration of SFMC into client technology stack and maximising potential of platform by delivering highly complex multi-channel marketing campaigns, Journeys and automations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Lead multiple SFMC Architects and delivery teams
- Responsible for teams delivering excellence in the design and build phases of Salesforce
- Marketing Cloud implementations practice and solution design
- Optimise project delivery methodology
- Identify internal and client skills gaps and necessary resolution
- Ensure best practice and future proofing in all delivery team solutions
- Consult and document the technical aspects of marketing automation implementations with clients
- Communicate technical limitations and benefits to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop training session agendas and documentation for multiple users
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven 6+ years of experience Architecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
- Experience working directly with clients and business operations stakeholders, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
- Extensive experience in requirement gathering and discussing design principals with senior external stakeholders
- Experience in advising and mentoring the delivery of SFMC implementations and high complexity projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of SQL, Salesforce AMP script & JavaScript
- Extensive knowledge in the integration of external systems via API
- Ideally Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant and Admin certified
- Moderate understanding of multiple Salesforce products
