Your new company
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Solution and Technical Architects in Melbourne and Sydney, who are focused on delivering business value first and foremost for clients, and who can enable that value by ensuring alignment of the solution design, end-to-end experience, and technical solution to the business objectives of the project.
Your new role
Solution Architect
Ensuring alignment of the solution design and end-to-end experience to the business objectives of the project.
End-to-end solution for delivery, including identification of technology stack and compliance with non-functional requirements relating to security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
Outlining Technology roadmap/s for proposed solutions, that are aligned with clients’ operating constraints and prioritised objectives.
Defining features and phases of the implementation. Working with a Delivery Lead, other Architects, Data Migration Lead, Quality Analysis Lead, Change Lead and Business SMEs to determine and/or pivot the scope and timelines of the project if required.
Evaluating emerging technologies, and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Establishing and governing design principles.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
Technical Architect
Ensuring alignment of the technical solution to the business objectives of the project.
Technical delivery of the project to ensure that the development, unit testing and deployment aligns with architectural design.
Making and/or advising on architectural design decisions to deliver functional and non-functional solutions around performance, availability, scalability, security and integrity.
Thought leadership and subject matter expertise on leading vendors in development practices including DevOps, DataOps, and testing frameworks.
Establishing and governing development principles.
Establishing and managing DevOps processes to ensure quality development.
Integration architecture, design and build.
Data Migration planning and execution.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include
Salesforce platform implementation experience
Salesforce certifications including but not limited to Certified Admin, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, System Architect
Relevant University degree or an industry recognised qualification
An innovative mindset and a can-do attitude
A passion for problem solving enabled through technology
