About the role
As a Salesforce Systems Analyst working within Business Services, you will be responsible for the design, build and maintenance of a technical backlog of capabilities for the Salesforce Engineering teams that enable our coaches within Buy and Own a Home, Get Help and Give Feedback to assist our customers with their Financial Wellbeing. You will understand the importance of simple and intuitive user experiences and be an advocate for the capabilities built by the engineering team. The Salesforce Engineering team is responsible for building a C360 view of our customers, as well as surfacing all service and sales workflows in one central application.
What will your day look like
Working with Product Owners on roadmaps, feature design, prioritisation and user story elaboration
Working with Solution Designers to gather low level information that contributes directly to both high level and low level solution designs
Facilitating important rituals like grooming to ensure we have a healthy and well defined backlog
Contributing to documentation that describes our platform, its capabilities and controls
What will you bring?
Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience using media rich approaches to convey complex ideas
Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and make fuzzy inferences about it
Strong business analysis leveraging structured thinking, reporting and workflow modelling
Excellent problem-solving skills, you can find clear paths through ambiguity
An eye for detail - as a member of a team responsible for quality control, your willingness to iteratively improve precision & clarity is paramount
Passionate about the importance of user experience in shaping engineering outcomes
Familiarity with assets/services provided by a major SaaS provider (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with agile delivery
