Picturesque Hair is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our professional team as a Salon Assistant/Receptionist with an immediate start!
About Us:
Picturesque Hair offers a unique blend of creativity and professionalism. As a bustling salon, we exclusively use top brands like Davines. Our salon boasts a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere where every day brings new experiences.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with client inquiries
- Warmly welcoming and greeting clients upon arrival
- Providing support to Senior Stylists
- Performing basin work, including shampooing, hair treatments, and indulgent head massages (training provided)
- Offering refreshments to clients and ensuring their comfort
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the salon
- Assisting with managing bookings for Senior Stylists
- Assisting with social media tasks
About You:
- Possess a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both with team members and clients
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and impeccably presented
- Passionate about fashion, hair, and beauty
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable learning about our booking system
- No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
- Somewhat tech-savvy with social media platforms

- Closed on weekends. Trading Monday - Fridays only
