Position Title: Salon Coordinator
Position Purpose: To maintain and exceed standards of excellence in the client experience, ensuring the smooth operation and overall flow of the salon.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the rostering of all staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet client demand.
Oversee stock control and inventory management, maintaining optimal levels of products and supplies to support salon operations.
Balance transactions at the close of business, ensuring accurate financial records and adherence to accounting procedures.
Open and close the salon on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.
Manage bookings, emails, phone calls, and messages, providing prompt and efficient customer service and handling administrative tasks.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Guide and mentor apprentices, providing training, support, and encouragement to enhance their learning and skills development.
Coordinate and facilitate team-building meetings and activities that foster collaboration, creativity, and a harmonious team environment
Additional Duties:
Fulfill other duties as required by management, department personnel, or the salon owner.

Proven experience in customer service, reception, bookings, and administrative tasks.
