Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the required capabilities in the following areas:
- Execute changes to SAP master data as approved by the business
- Coordinate material master data setup, validations and maintenance
- Perform regular business-related activities e.g. pricing, allowances, vendor, customer, materials changes and updates
- Perform mass updates as required
- Participate in projects and initiatives across all business areas as required
- Work with the SCT business to resolves any master data issues
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of all data objects
- Support the overall business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests as and when required
- Assist the SCT Business Process Leads in defining SoP’s process flows and related documentation
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential
- Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline – Essential
- Previous Master Data Management experience in SAP is mandatory
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively with defined business processes
- Skills with SAP LSMW is essential
- Capacity to prioritise work considering the needs and priorities of management and staff, whilst undertaking a variety of tasks
- Proven ability to communicate with staff and other stakeholders of all levels from technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Demonstrated strong commitment to customer service and ability to provide a quality service to users in corporate system environment
- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities
Desirable
- Qualifications or certifications in any relevant technical discipline (SAP certification)
