SAP Technical Skills;
· Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM module with knowledge on CS/PS and Integration with FICO, SD,MM
· Configuration of SAP PM modules in IMG based on business requirements
· Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
· Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
· Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product
· Design, customize, configure and testing of PM Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
· Provide a timely user support service to agreed service levels using standard procedures
· Consult, and support SAP related solutions for external Vendors
· Highly articulate communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
· Maintain SAP systems and interfaces to agreed service levels.
· Assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
· Application support and training of end users
· Cooperating with consultants from other modules such as FICO, CS,SD, MM and PS
· Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results.
· Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
· Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
· Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
Key Responsibilities;
· Incident resolution, Problem identification and resolution, working on enhancements and projects as and when required
· Co-ordination with vendors as required for providing solutions
· Day to day interaction with the business users in order to resolve the incidents, service requests and problems
· Coordination with other team members to achieve integration objectives
