Your new role
Your new role as Scheduler / Customer Service Administrator will include:
Answering phone calls, proving exceptional customer service
Allocating work orders
Scheduling technicians' routes
Processing invoices
Assisting with administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
Fast learner, ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Data entry and administration skills
Problem solving skills and initiative
