About the Role
The School Operations Coordinator primarily supports the implementation of strategic and business plans across the Executive portfolios. It will also support the development of policies, processes and systems that supports the governance framework and initiate, implement and monitor a range of short-term School specific continuous improvement projects. This role will be required to work across Werribee and Parkville campuses
Responsibilities include:
- Playing a key role in identifying process improvement opportunities to support the streamlining of administrative processes for the School(s), including procedures that have budgetary implications.
- Providing project support for key initiatives across the School(s), such as assist in the preparation of reports, contracts, capital budgets and recharge models.
- Collation and dissemination of information to and about the School, including newsletters, intranet and website, LMS content and operational communications, in consultation with the SOM and HOS.
You are highly organised with excellent planning skills which allow you to manage competing priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You also have excellent communication skills that provide you with the ability to convey information effectively and efficiently within a diverse work environment.
You will also have:
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience in operations, expertise in administrative fields or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Proven ability to provide high-level advice to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, plan, and review workflows and processes to ensure efficient service delivery e.g. business process management and re-engineering
