About the Role
MacKillop Catholic College Warnervale is seeking to appoint a School Support Officer – Administration (Lvl 4). The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.
This position will require the successful candidate to work in a temporary part-time capacity 65 hours per fortnight. This temporary appointment is until the end of the 2022 school year.
Specific Criteria
- Be highly effective, skilled administration support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment
- Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members
- Be familiar with various software packages which may include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite Compass
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
- Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community
- have First Aid Certificate
