About Pacific Pines State High School

Pacific Pines State High is a rapidly growing high school with over 2100 enrolments and predicted to grow to 2500 students in the next few years.

About the Role

The Schools Officer will:

• Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the school by providing a high level of grounds and facilities to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
• You will perform a range of activities to ensure that the school is maintained to a high standard; follow set instructions; and have independence to perform a variety of day to day services that are routine in nature. However, the role receives regular supervision when undertaking duties that are non-routine in nature.
• You will not be required to perform any task or repairs that would normally require the services of a qualified tradesperson.

This is a OO2 progression position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the OO2 classification with eligibility for progression to the OO3 level once specific criteria have been met. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of OO2 to OO3 classification range.

Mandatory requirements

• When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
