Celotti Workforce is seeking an SDX (Student Digital Experience) Test Manager for a full time, 14-month fixed term contract to start immediately.

The SDX (Student Digital Experience) Test Manager is responsible for the end-to-end testing strategy, planning and management for the implementation of various projects.

About the Position:
As the SDX Test Manager you will work with SDX program teams to lead the test team capability and you will be responsible for end-to-end testing strategy and planning, and end to end test management within an enterprise scale implementation program across multiple projects. Collaborating closely with business representatives such as subject matter experts, and project team members including business analysts, change mangers and solution architects on the implementation of core platforms across the university environment, duties will include:

Leading and managing the Program testing team
Test Management - Creation of Test Strategy/ Plan / Test Approach, Test Summary Report, Defect Triage & escalation / fault rectification meetings.
Determining test resource requirements and appropriate sourcing models
Coordination of testing schedules within overall project schedules.
Providing and monitoring QA/Test effort metrics and build/release status as required

To be successful, you need:
Completion of, or progress towards, a postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience; extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Track record in delivering against a schedule of administrative deadlines, with outstanding organisational skills, strong project management skills and strong personal drive and self-motivation.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Solution-oriented, ability to identify and drive metrics and KPI improvements
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Expert knowledge of test methodologies/processes and writing test automation plans
