The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support, to meet the needs of the Department Heads, VMO’s and the Division of Surgery & Anaesthetics Nepean Hospital.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
Experience in a clerical/administrative role including accurate minute taking, Dictaphone, transcription and high level proficiency in spelling and grammar.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; possess proven organisation skills; require minimal supervision; ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Experience extracting and reporting information from Hospital databases and patient administration systems.
Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft word, excel and data entry skills
Recent experience with electronic document management (preferably TRIM) as well as electronic recruitment processing
Excellent telephone, customer service and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of EEO, WH&S and confidentiality principles.
