We currently are seeking a fulltime Secretary / Paralegal - Conveyancing to join our practice. Your duties will include:
Support to partner and various fee earners;
Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files;
Attending to Searches and Settlement Figures;
Drafting and amending correspondence and basic legal documents;
Electronic filing and electronic file management;
Travel and diary management;
Monthly billing;
Ad hoc administrative work; and
Court filing and preparation of briefs
To be successful in this role you will require:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in QLD conveyancing
Experience with Wills and Estates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
A proactive approach to your work;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
The ability to work as part of a team;
Enthusiasm and motivation to provide quality support;
Skill using Microsoft Office;
