About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence, whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer focused team.
Your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries.
- Access control
- Foot patrols of site / event area
- Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
About You
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and their stakeholders, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with your colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
Role Requirements
- Current QLD Security License (Unarmed, Crowd Control)
- Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Immunised against Hep B
- Current RSA certification
- Ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
- Have unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
