Job Description

About the role:

The position is responsible in working in the control room, in the foyer and conducting foot patrols over large community housing estates in all weather conditions.

You will need to provide excellent customer service by informing, directing and escorting residents, staff and visitors.

The successful incumbent must be available to work a 24/7 roster in a full time or full time reliever capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols indoors and outdoors
• Operate/monitor - control room
• Inspect buildings, carparks and grounds
• Tenant Liaison & Safety
• Deal with resident's queries and complaints and provide information to residents and visitors
• Write reports in response to incidents
• Maintain an accurate record of all events, activities and incidents
• Communicate calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service

Required qualifications and licences:

• Current Victorian Security Licence with control room endorsement
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current Valid First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
• Current drivers license
• Working with Children's Check
• Australian working rights
