We have lots many casual opportunities for Food & Beverage Bar Attendants/Wait team members to join us at AC Hotel by Marriott in Southbank and Marriott Hotel in Docklands.
About the role.
AC Hotel by Marriott is a Spanish themed Hotel. The decor, menu and beverage list have all been purposefully designed to make you feel you are in Spain.
Bar Trianna is a fun bar that is seeped in a wonderful gin range, while our Sunset Lounge is by the pool and function room. Within this role you will serve beverages to the many diverse customers at the events with professionalism and customer service excellence.
Sorolla Restaurant at AC Hotel and Archers Restaurant at Marriott Docklands are managed by two of our most esteemed and experienced Head Chefs in Peter Rowland Group. As a wait team member you are great at taking customers through our world class menus and accompanying beverage list. Taking our customers on a true culinary journey.
You are happy to roll up your sleeves to help others in your team! While having fun along the way.
You will hold a valid RSA & food handlers certificate and are available to work a flexible roster between Wednesday to Saturday.
