Villa Romana Cairns is a well-established cafe, restaurant and bar on the Esplanade in Cairns. Open 7 days from 6.30am til late for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We promote a healthy, active lifestyle and deliver fast, friendly and professional service with no attitude.
Our food is smart, simple and fresh with a focus on local produce and healthy ingredients. We reference current trends and classics done well. Service is fast, efficient and consistent.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our management team.
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $63,000 to $70,000, career progression and a great culture.
You will be reporting to the owner and will need to demonstrate passion, an understanding of performance measures, ability to plan ahead as well as a desire to help grow the business.

• Previous Restaurant Management experience or similar operation

• Fast thinking and strong problem-solving skills

You will also be required to have the relevant qualifications minimum of Diploma level relating to hospitality management.
