Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a designated list of clients, ensuring their communication needs are met with excellence.
- Implement effective communication strategies to enhance client brand visibility and reputation.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Demonstrate natural leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies that integrate PR, marketing, and internal communications to meet client objectives.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of new communication services for existing clients and the broader market.
- Take ownership of the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies.
Client Retention:
- Implement initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
Hands-On Client Work:

Qualifications:
