Ideally, you will have 5+ years experience within an agency, demonstrating a proven track record in public relations, digital marketing, and internal communications. We’re looking for strong leadership qualities, exceptional client retention skills, and a passion for developing and implementing innovative communication services. Take ownership of the creation and management of impactful PR campaigns that resonate with the target audiences.
Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with a designated list of clients, ensuring their communication needs are met with excellence.
- Implement effective communication strategies to enhance client brand visibility and reputation.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Demonstrate natural leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies that integrate PR, marketing, and internal communications to meet client objectives.
- Contribute to the creation and rollout of new communication services for existing clients and the broader market.
- Take ownership of the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies.
Client Retention:
- Implement initiatives to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
Hands-On Client Work:
- Personally manage a portfolio of key client accounts, overseeing day-to-day communication activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Innovation and Growth:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
- Assume accountability for diversifying and expanding revenue streams within the organisation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a communications agency.
- Strong PR, marketing, and internal communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and rolling out new services to existing clients.
