Now in a key time of industry development, an opportunity has presented for a Senior Account Manager to join a passionate and client-centric team.
About The Position:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the commercial success of an Account Management team. They will also enjoy face-to-face interaction on-farm, while completing field activities aimed at identifying mutually beneficial commercial opportunities in soil fertility and plant nutrition. This will involve leading by example in customer service, business development, administration, and logistics. It will also involve setting sales plans, forecasting, and weekly meetings - to ensure delivery across the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing to your team’s ongoing commercial success.
About The Person:
To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following:
Demonstrated leadership skills
A passion for Australian agriculture
Proven relationship and commercial skills
A high level of motivation and reliability
A willingness to travel
- Whilst desirable, a previous work history in the agribusiness sector, is not a requirement.
