Senior Administrative Officer, Paediatrics

• Salary: $64,636 - $68,886 p.a. (Pro Rata) ASO3 | Part Time (30hrs p/wk), Ongoing

The Senior Administrative Officer is accountable to the Head of Unit, Paediatrics Department and is responsible for coordinating the provision of streamlined, efficient and effective administrative, financial and human resource administration services across the Department. They will provide personal assistance to the Head of Unit, and leadership, supervision, monitoring and allocation of work to the Secretarial Team across the Department. They will participate in the delivery and review of operational and administrative processes, procedures and practices.

The position will also support the functioning of the Department's multi-disciplinary teams, to ensure a high quality clinical service delivery for families in the SALHN catchment area.
