We are seeking a Senior Advisor with experience in program and process development, evaluation, policy advice and implementation relating to the public sector workforce.

The NSW Public Service Commission has created this temporary Senior Advisor role to investigate options and implement an effective, efficient and sustainable approach and processes for gender equality reporting to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). This will involve consultation with both WGEA and public sector departments and agencies.
About you
We are seeking someone with subject matter expertise in gender equality and experience in program and process development.
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in consultation and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with developing workforce related policy and initiatives.
About the Public Service Commission
The NSW Public Service Commission (PSC) is headed by an independent Public Service Commissioner and is a separate agency under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (GSE Act) that supports the Commissioner in exercising her functions and powers.
The PSC leads the design, development and implementation of the full range of workforce management strategies - including workforce capability, recruitment and assessment, performance management, and strategic workforce planning - to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the NSW public sector workforce
