Job description

About your opportunity
Fixed term temporary part-time up to 12 months with the possibility of extension, 38 hours per fortnight.
Lead and manage the development and implementation of research that contribute to organisational processes, culture, and knowledge for improved service delivery for the health practitioner and/or allied health workforce.
Provide professional leadership and research skills within a complex environment, requiring diverse internal/external stakeholder consultation and engagement.
Generous remuneration package value up to $77,473 p.a. comprising:

  • Salary range of $65.63 to $68.49 p.h. (HP4)
  • Annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

Requirements

  • It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.
  • The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in a Health Practitioner Discipline and current registration or be eligible for registration/membership with the relevant allied health registration board and/or professional body.
  • A research post-graduate qualification will be well regarded.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
  • 6 month probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
