Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst Credit Decisioning, to join our team in Personal Banking.
As the Senior Analyst Credit Decisioning, you will work across the Home Ownership domain to achieve one way of delivering a mortgage. You will also support the Personal Everyday Banking domain to achieve their objectives as they work towards ‘Instant Decisioning’. And when required, you will support the broader team within Product and Portfolio Management to deliver on our goals for the year.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- The simplification of processes, delivery of credit platforms across Home Ownership & Everyday Banking
- Co-ordination, design, testing and implementation of Decision Tool changes
- Other credit systems and database support
- Support of system release
What you will bring
In this role you need to have loads of passion, be customer focused and have excellent influencing and engagement capability. Resilient and flexible you can demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally in a financial, business, mathematical, statistical or science related discipline
- Experience in SAS & SQL (essential), plus Python & R (beneficial)
- Solid banking Experience
- Understanding and knowledge of project management methodology
- Ability to manage to target deadlines
Credit Portfolio Management Systems experience would be beneficial but not essential (eg SDS, ODS, NBSM, RRS, PROBE, TRIAD).
