- Triage the Information Management Certification process for projects impacting data:
- Triage the incoming project queue for the Data Management Change Services team and ensure projects are engaging for IM Certification
- Ensure that projects have completed the change impact assessment to a high quality
- Assist in running discovery meetings and help projects to further flesh out and define data impacts
- Ensure projects are classified correctly for IM Certification
- Guide projects on how to complete specific requirements for IM Certification
- Guide projects performing self-compliance
- Ensure that data principles, enterprise data requirements have been sufficiently incorporated into project requirements and satisfactorily addressed in proposed solutions
- Support projects as they develop business term definitions, capture data lineage, assess data risks and controls, and data quality business rules for critical data elements
- Ensure project compliance with the Group's Data Risk Management framework, standards and alignment with both data and business strategies
- Embed the Data Management Operating System processes in the projects and BAU change initiatives
- Assist in reporting and KPIs for the DMCS team
- Assist in reporting on IM Certification activities for stakeholders across the Group
- Utilise stakeholder management skills to promote information management practices and understanding across the organisation
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

What do I need?
Knowledge:
- Understanding of information management capabilities including business terms, critical data elements, data lineage, and data controls
- Working knowledge of APRA guide CPG 235 - Managing Data Risk
- End to end knowledge of the data lifecycle in a financial services business
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Understanding of risk assessment and management
- Understanding of project methodologies
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in projects, data management, and/or risk management
- 1+ years of demonstrable experience in Data Management, working knowledge of CPG235
- Experience in stakeholder management
