What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to our Head of Freight Insights, Strategy & Planning, you will support the creation and enablement of the planning and portfolio strategy programs, product initiatives to uplift and optimise our product CVP.
You’ll also
- Support the creation, management and drive the execution of the planning and portfolio strategy.
- Support and own product transformation programs on an ongoing basis.
- Support the planning process of financial and investment plans.
- Drive continuous improvement programs to uplift the key strategic and planning imperatives of the team.
- Support the measurement of product in-market behaviour and performance to surface up key areas of actionable improvements.
- Support the analytics team to develop and manage product scorecards.
- Support the development of capability roadmap and
- Support the team to ensure all product development and enhancements are economically viable and deliver the required EBIT uplift.
- Maximises IT value to manage cost, risk, quality, and complexity whilst developing opportunities to improve performance and innovation.
- Use data and insights to deliver thought leadership that drives innovation in how we service and engage with our Business, Enterprise, and external customers/stakeholders.
About you
You are an experienced Analyst with a background in Finance and strong financial modelling and planning experience.
What we’re looking for
- Highly organize with strong market analytics and product background with emphasis on Product Marketing, Customer Experience and commercials ideally Graduate with strong computing skills.
- Knowledge of Courier, Express and Parcels (CEP) market.
- A strong ability to focus and translate insights into meaningful actions with scale.
- Exceptional communications skills both written and oral as well as, highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
