ABOUT THE POSITION.
Oversee, prepare, and present high-end documentation for large-scale Educational and Commercial projects from start to finish, while you liaise with consultants and stakeholders. Use your strong communication and coordination skills.
DUTIES.
Liaise and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
Oversee and prepare detailed, high-quality documentation
Ensure no errors at the DA, CDC, and CC stages
Implement Australian Building Codes and Regulations
Attend client meetings and site visits
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Tertiary qualification in Architecture or TAFE in Building Design
High proficiency with Revit is essential
Proven previous experience in a technical role (min. 5 yrs.)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
