Our Future Cities and Networks team develops and manages client relationships as well as providing a full range of services including structuring, capital and financing solutions tailored our clients’ needs to clients across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Telco, Health and Media.

As a Senior Associate you’ll be joining a high performing team focussing on the Infrastructure sector and supporting Senior Bankers across various aspects of client management and deal related activity including the preparation of pitch packs and information materials, financial modelling, completing annual credit reviews and client due diligence.

Do work that matters:

You will play a key role in providing client, transaction and operational support to Senior Bankers across the customer lifecycle, responsibilities include:

• Undertaking detailed analysis of Project Finance & Business models in Excel, including conducting sensitivity analysis and articulating these findings in credit submissions.
• Working as part of a Deal Team over the lifecycle of a deal to support and drive documentation, execution, establishment, settlement and in-life maintenance processes
• Preparing annual credit reviews and provide analytical and credit related support in preparation of credit applications for new transactions.
• Liaise with product partners, credit risk and other stakeholders as required
• Inputting and maintaining client, credit and transaction data and collecting client information for ‘KYC’ reviews of existing and on-boarding of new clients
• Performing portfolio monitoring activates such as breach management and other reporting as well as liaise with credit risk where required

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering or law related discipline with a proven ability to grasp complex structured transactions and analyse the benefits of the idea for specific client circumstances
• 2-4 years prior experience in institutional banking, Corporate Finance, Funds Management or professional services. Previous exposure to Infrastructure/ Project Finance transactions would be highly regarded.
• Highly developed numeracy and analytical skills
• A solid understanding and professional experience in risk management and credit risk issues
