We have been selling and servicing Toyota vehicles for more than 50 years, in Echuca, Victoria & surrounds. Ideally this would be suitable for a Qualified Technician looking to further their career with the next step.
Or a suitably industry experienced Service Advisor.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Toyota team on a full-time basis in the beautiful river based Echuca.
As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills & an outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will assist in determining their requirements
• Scheduling of customers vehicles for servicing and repairs
• Suitable explanation of vehicle diagnosis with our customers
• Quotation of repair jobs including liaising with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
• Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI/NPS targets
Requirements for the role will involve the following:
• Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department
• Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
• Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
• Sound automotive knowledge
• Punctual and reliable
• Have a professional attitude, with strong time management skills
• Current driver licence
• Be able to thrive & work in a team environment
• Demonstrate care and attention to detail
• Have the right to work in Australia with residency entitlements

Remuneration will be assessed based upon the successful applicant's experience.
