SummaryThis role is responsible for providing advice on Aviation Regulatory matters to ensure successful compliance with various Aviation Regulatory requirements.   • Provide subject matter expertise in aviation regulation compliance across the value chain.
  • Develop trusted relationships across the value chain.
  • Build and maintain constructive and effective engagement with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
  • Be the primary point of contact for managing Airservices engagement with CASA on surveillance in coordination with the value chain.
  • Provide insight around improvement opportunities from across the value chain to support the development of the improvement agenda for the Safety, Security & Environment Assurance function.
  • Lead the identification, collection, evaluation, and communication of internal and external safety intelligence that addresses the Aviation Regulatory performance of Airservices.
  • Lead technical support to internal and external stakeholders to manage aviation safety regulatory compliance matters.
  • Measure and report on the performance of regulatory compliance.

  • Proven ability to make astute decisions to deliver organisational outcomes.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
