We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our new venture located in the heart of Vic Park. As our Barista, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional coffee and service to our valued customers.

We have established a café stand inside Monadelphous, catering to the coffee cravings of the employees. We pride ourselves on serving premium coffee crafted with care and precision, paired with warm hospitality that keeps the staff coming back for more.
What We're Looking For:
A passionate and motivated individual with a genuine love for coffee and customer service.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
Ability to dial in coffee machines and grinders to maintain consistency in coffee quality.
Experience in batch brew coffee preparation and knowledge of serving single origin coffee with expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and consistency.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café stand, including equipment and workstations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on coffee trends and product offerings to enhance the customer experience.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment maintenance.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
