The Role:
Our ANZ Bids and Proposals Team (Inside Sales Team) is responsible for driving strategic pursuits and building strong relationships with our customers, from Tier 1 companies through to emerging start-ups. Working in a fun team environment with engineers, data scientists, consultants, construction workers and innovators, both locally and across our global offices, no two days are the same.
As the Senior Bid and Proposals Specialist (Senior Inside Sales Coordinator) you will be at the forefront of the energy transition, crafting creative and innovative solutions that help our broad range of energy, chemicals and resources customers solve their biggest challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing winning bids and Proposals, plans and strategies that differentiate Worley’s offerings in a competitive bidding landscape.
- Manage the successful development of compelling proposals through effective collaboration across multiple offices, business lines, or sectors.
- Lead complex, high-value, and/or strategically important bids, including joint venture opportunities.
- Manage customer account activities including market research, analysis, planning, and strategy.
-About You:
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a mix of the following skills and experience:
- Proposal coordination and bid preparation in the engineering or project engineering/management sectors or a related field.
- You are highly organised, driven, enthusiastic, and open minded in relation to your approach to creating winning bids and Proposals.
- You are a strategic thinker, able to link proposal content back to Worley’s strategy while understanding and exceeding to our customer’s expectations.
- Are great at managing stakeholders (local and remote) and building strong relationships with senior management and peers.
- Are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
