The role
The Senior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in revitalising and championing the overall Crown brand and sub-brands. Reporting to the Group Head of Brand, the primary focus of this role is around enhancing consumer awareness, brand recognition, and visitation by providing effective and distinctive brand leadership across the entire marketing spectrum. Responsible for the integration and evolution of Crown’s brand purpose and identity, this role provides the rare opportunity to take a single-minded, brand-led approach to driving business growth.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Creating, integrating, protecting and evolving a consistent, relevant and distinctive Crown brand purpose, vision, story and identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Elevating the brand purpose, vision, and story within Crown so it’s seamlessly embraced and consistently applied across customer experience, external communication, employee engagement and stakeholder interaction
- Creating a clear portfolio strategy for the creation, management, and use of existing and potential Crown sub-brands to deliver on the brand and business objectives for Crown Resorts
- Strategically develop and manage the execution of the annual group brand marketing plan
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns that directly contribute to Crown’s commercial success such as increasing revenue, market share, and customer retention
- Utilize data and analytics to measure branding and marketing impacts and on business outcomes and adjust strategies as required
- Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and brand strategies are aligned with Crown’s goals and objectives
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years’ experience in brand management or similar role
- A passion for purpose and brand-led marketing growth
- Proven strategic brand management, media and advertising experience
- Reputable experience in agency and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to work at pace across multiple projects
- Exceptional communication skills & a demonstrated ability to convey effective brand messaging
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performance
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Ability to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses in NSW, VIC and WA
