About the job
- Oversee projects end to end to ensure successful delivery
- Own the projects from planning, through change management, scope management, risk management, budget management and reporting
- Manage customer stakeholders and build relationships to ensure a positive customer onboarding experience
- Manage 1-2 large projects or 3-4 small to medium projects at any given time
- Provide ideas around scaling practices and driving improvement
- Eventually this role will grow to include people management incorporating the implementation team, and full leadership training will be provided

We are working with a Fintech company who is a leading player in the growing Insurtech sector. They have a fully scalable insurance platform used by some of the biggest brands in the industry. They are very much a product-led company with the customer at their core.
This company has had a booming 2022, delivering 250 new features and enhancements and growing the team by 50%. With a number of new markets opened up, they are planning another booming year in 2023!
With another busy year ahead, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior BA/Junior Project Manager who can help them deliver new features and enhancements to a number of key clients and new clients.

Requirements
- This role would suit an experience Senior BA who wants to step up into Project Management or a Junior PM.
- End to end technology project delivery experience
- Experience in a product-based company would be beneficial
- Familiarity with the SDLC
- Exposure to Agile
- Insurance industry experience will be highly regarded
- You must have permanent residency and be based in Australia
