A Progressive Federal Government Department is looking to engage a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (Integration) to join a fast-paced Agile national team based in Melbourne, VIC. You will to work across a number of initiatives, ensuring innovative solutions align with business outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst (Integration) will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that business requirements are understood, clearly defined, and of value to the programmes. On offer is a Minimum 12-month engagement starting ASAP partnered with rewarding daily rates.

The successful Senior Business Analyst (Integration) will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Provide Business Analysis services to the programs, including elicitation and management of requirements, interface needs to support deliveries.
• Assess business objectives, formulating technical solution options, and co-ordinate stakeholder support
• Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and issues for the project, suggest controls and mitigations
• Work with interfacing teams, and where required, develop technical specifications for integration items.
• Facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and teams in Agile and/or similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes
• Completing ad-hoc analysis and providing recommendations as requested, or any other activities requested by the program.

The successful Senior Business Analyst (Integration) will have experience in the following:

• Minimum 7 years\' experience as a Senior Business Analyst on projects with significant focus on Integration i.e., identifying, defining, migrating, and decommissioning interfaces or integration platforms
• Demonstrated technical experience of Integration Platforms, including API design / management, secure managed file transfers, enterprise services buses, extract transform and load capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and technical knowledge and experience from working on successful data migration projects.
• Proven technical knowledge of message-based application interfaces, JSON message / file formats, message processing, fundamentals of database design.
• Experienced in business analysis, including elicitation for functional and non-functional requirements, requirements management and traceability.
