Job Description

About the Role

The Talent Search delivery team's core purpose is to "help our candidates get maximum value from their profiles by ensuring hirers can easily search and connect with candidates proactively".

We are a cross-functional Agile team consisting of: Developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Business Analysts and a Engineering Manager.  Our Talent Search team members are located in ANZ and Asia.

We work on a mixture of experiments, new product features, enhancing existing features and platform health initiatives to support our Standard, Premium and Indirect products.

We have flow days (no meetings) every Thursday to allow team members space to get things done. We welcome diverse opinions and are constantly looking for ways to improve our ways of working. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Facilitation of team meetings (workshops, planning, stand-ups, retro, health checks)
  • Defining problem statements and working with teams to break down into epics and small stories/tasks 
  • Work closely with team members regarding work in progress, clarification of requirements and prioritisation and performing data analysis to assist with team decision making  
  • OKR setting and roadmap development, including collaborating with Product Managers from the Loyalty Experience teams to understand future requirements and capabilities  
  • Participation in steering committee wall walk to deliver key messages, risks and progress against metrics 
  • Coaching the teams to evolve their values and practices towards a high-performance culture 
  • Stakeholder management and engagement, managing dependencies and aligning expectations 

Qualifications

  • Senior Business Analyst experience across large scale technology programmes of work
  • Agile Iteration Management experience using facilitation techniques to run workshops and team meetings within a cross functional project team environment
  • Online/web development project experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills to analyse problems and options to solve defined problems.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), with an ability to influence, work collaboratively and foster effective relationships
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and expectation management skills
  • Great analytical and documentation skills and ability to quickly breakdown problems and find innovative solutions
  • Ability to deal with uncertainly and ambiguity well and be able to ‘run with it’ and adapt to new requirements
