Responsibilities :
As a strategic Senior Business Partner (Manager/ Senior Manager) in our Consulting business your impact will be seen by:
Working alongside the relevant People Leader and Leadership Team to shape and drive the talent management strategy, diversity and inclusion strategy and supports on execution of Consulting people plan
Partners with leadership to deliver on the Consulting People Experience and People Plan to be key priority of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce design.
Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, building a trusted and value-add relationship
Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance
Monitor progress against the people plan, providing regular data, analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisions.
Partner with Enabling function Consulting and Firmwide colleagues, COEs as required
Escalation, oversight and support of complex people matters (via Business Partner)
Lead strategic Consulting People priority projects
Coach and manage workload of Business Partner aligned to portfolio
Requirements:
You have a background in transformation and change experience within large, complex organisations and are skilled in providing strategic and commercial advice to senior level stakeholders and hold a strong understanding of executing on Human Capital and people related strategies.
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Consulting team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.
You’re collaborative and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
You have a strong commercial acumen and strategic focus through an understanding of contemporary people and culture issues. Are comfortable leading and operating in ambiguity and are known for strong ethics and judgment. You have developed strong influencing skills and have a track record of supporting and advising clients.
