The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Life & ECM, the Senior Case Consultant role exists to manage a portfolio of complex cases through to finalisation. You will be key in supporting the team with highly technical issues, authorisations (second sign-offs) and process improvements that lead to team efficiencies.

This Senior Case Consultant Role will have a focus on long tail Retail Income Protection claims. We’re seeking to increase our engagement with this customer base, and identify better ways of supporting and achieving positive outcomes which may come in the form of return to work or improved quality of life. If you’re an experienced claims assessor, with a customer first attitude, and are looking for a rewarding challenge this an opportunity to work in a highly engaging environment.

About You

Ideally you have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working across the Life Insurance industry within Claims Management.

You have a sound understanding of the claims processes, definitions under policies and techniques in claims investigation

You bring experience working in a highly collaborative environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail along with advanced written and administration based skills

Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
