Job Description
In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day case management and service delivery across program areas for allocated clients. This will include facilitating supervision, case reviews and team meetings. You will monitor and report on team performance and be involved in continuously improving the organisation’s service delivery while taking a leading role in bringing about desirable cultural change.
This is a fixed term full time role to 30th June, 2024, with possibility of extension..
Desired Skills and Experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You will have previous experience in Domestic and Family Violence and be passionate about the work you do. You will have the ability to nurture high quality work encouraging a culture of best practise amongst staff to improve the life experiences of and achieve outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families at risk. A qualification in leadership or management will be highly regarded.

Criteria:
Minimum Cert IV qualification in a Community Service or related field and/or specialised skills sufficient to perform at this level.
Current Driver’s Licence.
Satisfactory Criminal record check.
Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
Significant experience in associated field.
Understanding and experience of working with Aboriginal people and their communities.
Demonstrated experience leading a team.
Understanding of, and demonstrated ability to work with Human Service Agencies.
Demonstrated experience and or understanding of Trauma Informed Care.
Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements.
