Our Federal Government partner seeks the services of an experienced Senior Change Analyst for an initial contract period of 12 months, located in Canberra.
Working closely with the Senior Change Manager, the Senior Change Analyst will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities.
This role will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
Responsibilities will include supporting the creation and implementing of change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.
Essential criteria
Relevant degree with substantial relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools and an understanding of how people go through a change.
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement.
Proven experience implementing and managing ongoing continuous improvement activities. Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement and communications, and associated change and transition activities
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and professional communication skills, with an ability to interact and liaise effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in diverse teams.
Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and expectations and strong interpersonal skills including ability to negotiate, motivate, influence and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
