A large banking organisation is seeking a Senior Change Manager to be based in Sydney. You will be responsible for end-to-end change delivery, ensuring that your activity ties into the overall delivery strategy. The role involves building effective relationships with all stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and complexity to find a pathway forward for digital transformation.
Client Details
This is a key role that will work with business stakeholders and the Change Management team, to deliver high-quality strategy and framework for the organisation and its customers. You will be joining a large digital transformation program with numerous key initiatives which need to be completed across the organisation.
This role will be focusing on the risk, remediation, regulatory and compliance streams within the wider program. They are looking for someone to lead this stream, looking after multiple projects.
Description
- Full end to end change management across the risk, reg and compliance stream.
- Managing multiple change initiatives in a complex and often ambiguous environment to optimise customer and business benefits.
- Evaluating the impact of planned changes across the program.
- Managing the business stakeholder review and approval process for the strategy, as well as both internal and external communications plans.
- Developing and delivering a broad range of internal and external communications
- Supporting initiatives across the business: business readiness, quality assurance and communications.
- Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Undertake planning and scheduling of activities, including development and management of project plans.
- Providing high level documentation both internal and externally around remediation activities.
- Work closely with change practise lead and other stream leads.
Profile
- 5+ years of change management experience in a banking environment
- Project experience across - Regulatory, Risk, Remediation and Compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully improving businesses through change management and transformation.
- Hands-on experience of agile ways of working and human-centred design/design thinking.
- Demonstrate experience of end to end change delivery.
- Experience delivering change that will affect customers, members, employees etc.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Change plans, impact, and readiness assessments.
- Strong communications experience across an entire organisation.
- Global project experience would be highly regarded.
