Do work that matters
As Senior Change Manager, you will deliver end to end change management support on strategic projects in Learning training and development. As part of the change and communications team you will enable ‘best in class’ change delivery that creates a superior change experience for our people and customers across the group. You will have the opportunity to unify, simplify and optimize the deployment of change, communication, and training for our transformation and regulatory programs to support our people promise and enable our people experience the best in the moments that matter.
Please note that this is a 9 month secondment opportunity
More specifically you will:
Develop fit-for-purpose change solutions and plans that provide business value and maximise change adoption and proficiency
Conduct analysis to define the change and determine the change requirement i.e. assessing the scale, scope and complexity of the change and understanding the business context and change environment.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and be seen as a trusted advisor on the management of people related business risks and benefits
Design and develop collateral as required (e.g. presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).
Effective delivery of change solution, including delivery of change through others i.e. involving existing business channels and conduct change readiness and acceptance assessments
Transition into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress / sustainability
We’re interested in hearing from experienced change managers who have:
A proactive and autonomous approach to deliver change outcomes
An agile mindset and experience with agile practices
You will have experience on HR technology projects, dealing with prioritization issues
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
You will have demonstrated experience in delivering OCM and communication strategies in large and complex environments, effectively managing the challenges and sensitivities these changes involve
