An exciting opportunity to work within a sought-after government department, with a high rate and great contract length with potential to extend further!
Your Role:
You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and implementing end to end change strategies that support successful and effective delivery of projects.
You will ensure change strategies and plans maximise adoption and minimise resistance, and lead to increased benefits realisation and successful outcomes.
Your duties and background:
- You will be responsible for development and facilitating the change strategy/approach for projects
- You will identify and assess impacts, assess readiness, and develop adoption and transition plans
- You will facilitate the definition of benefits and complete a plan accordingly
- You will manage and deliver the change plan working with change support areas
- You will manage and monitor the business impact and implementing reinforcement strategies
- You will work to support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- You will consult and coach on change management
- You will facilitate the change planning process and co-ordinate input
- You will build a strong team collaboration within the project team
- You will identify and analyse change risks
- You will report to and project stakeholders
Criteria:
Ideal experience and qualities within-
- Qualifications or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
- Change management certification or designation
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills
- 7+ years experience with technology or process-based change projects
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Understanding of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
