About your new role
Senior Change Manager will be responsible for providing expert IT Project Change Management advice and leadership, building change capability within the organisation, reducing resistance to change, maximising benefit realisation, promoting early adoption and ensuring business outcomes are achieved. This role will oversee the delivery of the change strategy across the portfolio of responsibility, ensuring change is successfully delivered in a structured, professional and efficient way.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in a Senior Change Manager role is essential
Significant proven experience with IT Change on complex projects, large scale change programs & working within 24/7 operations is advantageous.
Experience managing relationships with internal & external providers.
Bachelor’s degree or Certification in relevant field: Change Management, Project Management and Business
