How will I help?
As a Senior Change Manager, y ou will be integral to helping Group Data achieve its vision by playing a key role in the delivery of analytics and business intelligence projects for Westpac.
Key to your success is your proven ability to build excellent relationships whilst managing diverse and multiple stakeholder groups, your attention to detail, ability to be flexible, and a track record of strong verbal and written communication skills.

What do I need?
A strong track record of demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives, ideally across multiple programs, with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU
Experience working with, and managing multiple diverse stakeholders across an enterprise
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound presentation skills to high quality and speed: PowerPoint critical and other tools advantageous
Capacity to deliver multiple outcomes in tight timeframes and pressured environment
Experience in developing documentation and delivering against project/change management methodologies
Strong attention to detail
