Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting Financial Planners with Daily Duties
- Completing admin tasks for clients
- Managing Client Relationships
- Preparing compliance-related documents for clients
- Updating clients’ information
- Providing technical support to clients
- Experience in a similar role
Skills and experience:
You should possess the following core competencies:
- Experience working in Financial Planning as CSO or similar
- Strong computer skills including usage of Office Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be proficient with Xplan software or similar
- Able to prioritise your day and workload with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
